Your tickets are transferable, so if you can’t come, you are welcome to give or sell them to a friend. Just remember to let us know if you are doing this, please.

If you need to cancel your booking, for whatever reason, please let us know as soon as you can.

If you cancel your ticket more than one week (7 days) in advance of the event, we will send you a full refund minus a £5 transaction fee. (The transaction fee is the same if you cancel one ticket or 10 tickets.)

If you cancel your ticket less than one week before the event we cannot offer a refund unless we can resell your ticket to our waiting list. If we can resell your tickets we will give you a refund minus the £5 transaction fee.

And if we need to cancel the event, for whatever reason, then obviously we will give you a full refund and let you know as soon as we can.
